I help adults find healing and recovery who are experiencing significant life stressors, whether through childhood trauma, abuse, or other major life events.

Since 2015, I’ve worked with diverse individuals, providing personalized strategies to help them manage their emotions, process their experiences, and make lasting changes in their lives. My experience with evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care allow me to guide clients through the healing and recovery process.
